My WD45 had an engine knock, so I pulled the engine and disassembled it. The #4 rod bearings were badly worn. I took some measurements and the first 3 rod journals measured about 2.340. The low spot on the #4 however, measured 2.331. I'm assuming the crank has already been ground .030 undersize. If that's the case, will having the crank ground .040 undersize correct the problem? If so, are .040 undersize rod bearings available for the G226 engine? Thanks
