How bad of a job is it to replace the pivot pin bushings on the re-set stub beam on a hydraulic re-set plow and how much play is excitable?

Thank Derrick

Don't know. We never did that I remember. Maybe we just didn't need to, otherwise I would've been in the middle of it helping dad.

I needed some parts from one from a salvage yard one time. After beating on it with a big hammer for a while, the fellow gave up and I bought the complete assembly to keep the part I needed from getting damaged. I have a press I plan to use when I get around to it. In the mean time I occasionally squirt penetrating oil on the joints to soften things up.

You will need a big wrench to get the nuts loose and properly tight again.  I remember buying a 600 ft-lb torque wrench (but not the actual torque setting) when I was testing these trips.
