Who of you still likes the old blues music to listen? And what are you favorite songs.

Blues is the roots, everything else is the fruits. John lee Hooker was the coolest ever, right up there with Johnny Cash. Buddy Guy, Muddy waters, Mississippi John Hurt, Fred McDowell,etc all awsome. I cannot stand the crap they play on pop radio today, what is that? John Hurt, Fred McDowell were both just share croppers that were discovered by producers and then made albums. Shaped all the good rock and roll from the 50s and 60s and most the guitar gods.

I you don't have da blues you can't play anything else... I love the blue and playing the blues..
