Condition and location pretty much determining factors. Both are pretty bulky to move.
I paid 200 for a All Crop 60 in good condition and had to go several hundred miles to get it and haul back. Have used it every year for several years now and had very few problems. Would have paid a little more for one in same condition if had been closer to home. Rotobaler is about the same. Again - condition is key .

If you get a Roto Bailer be certain to get a manual.  There are a bunch of simple but critical adjustments.  If right it runs well.  If not well, that's another story.
Good Luck!
