this fellow  lives over the hill from us ,he works his farm with this team of oxen  he was out plowing ihis truck garden this afternoon.

Not a lost art if you come to Lancaster County, PA. I can back a hay wagon better with a team of mules or horses then I can with the tractor...Don't know if thats a good thing or a bad thing...

My grandfather donated a set of Gurnsey twin bull calves(whenever one of our cows had twins they were always bull calves) to New Salem State Park when I was very young.They cut them and kept them as a team to pull wagons and such.They both lived a long and easy life.

RW they look like full grown ox to me.

Stan I agree, gas keeps going up we all will be needing a team
