Hi all, new Allis owner, great forum here, have learned alot the last couple months checking it out.  What would be a good manual for a guy with a wd45?  I am somewhat mechanical, lots of pictures is good.    THANKS

If you have the Allis Chalmers owner's manual, parts book and repair manual you will have everything you will ever need. The IT manual is pretty good, but I find the multiple models index reference system confusing.

The factory manual is much better than the I&T. You need the operator's manual because I&T has nothing but simplified repairs.  The factory shop manual is very much better than I&T.

Not to argue. but sometimes, the I&T manual will have info not found in the factory service or owners  manual. I don't think you can have too many books. Never found one to conflict with another but I found a few tidbits on my D17 in an I&T book that didn't deserve mention by the AC book.
