Really enjoyed the pics but noticed some stuff and have some questions.

1. Why do some hoods have extra metal curve piece by radiator and some dont?

2. Why do some front wheels dish out and some dish in?

3. What is the corrrect sized rear tires? Some tires seem to rub the fenders and some seem like they are way to small and the tractor doesnt even seem to sit level!

4. Are all the rear wheels the same width?

5. Some rear wheels have longer spokes than others.

6. Was there a factory toolbox or are they all WD toolboxes added by owners.

Here goes a shot.

I believe the hoods with the extra metal are just certain years.

I think all the narrow front rims dish the same and the wide fronts may dish either direction.

Factory rear tires were 11.25x24 on unstyled which is more like a 12.4x24 today.

The rear wheels were probably all the same width.

In one of the pics someone had what looked like Farmall spoke rear wheels that are 28" and do have longer spokes.

I know the newer WC's had a tool box inside the frame rail, not sure on the unstyled.

Hope that helps, someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

The 11.25 are closer to 13.6 tires of today if not slightly bigger.

From 1933 to 1935 there was no triangle gusset on the hood. 1936-38 had that added.
11.25-24 became known as a 13-24 and is now a 14.9-24. The misconception that 11.25 should be replaced by a 12.4 is why so many "restored" tractors have small tires on the rear.
