Which one pulls in the field better I know the 7080 was rated more but lets here some field confessions.

We've owned both and if they are weighted correctly they will pull the same. I always felt that the rosa-master pump had a faster gov. reaction, and the ambac pump gave the engine a little wider torque curve, but both live longer if operated in the upper rpm range. The 8070 will easily put out more hp on the dyno. Ours were weighted right at 20k with duals,weights, fluid. The 8000 series is a lot better place to spend long days., Mike
