How much is a U worth that has good metal but the engine is stuck?

Just a wild guess, $1500. Could be way off.

I just bought a non-running '31 U in decent shape, front rubber/rear steel with the Continental S10 engine. The engine turns with compression but it has not run in nearly a decade. The price was $1800.
