Checking out some auctions this weekend...one has a WD and I know the deal with them. The other has a D14...NF, I think its a series II....has just decals on it, and D14 in a circle. Paint is OK....was repainted at one point and its held up ok...not shiny or anything. Has nearly new 14.9's on it, PD snaps in and out like it should. Whats the going price on one of these? I havent gotten in to the D series yet so I dont really know.

there was only a series 1 d14 made. from 1957-1960 I believe. I have seen them sell from $1500-$3500 for running tractors.

Benny,
It sounds like the d14 you are looking at is the early version. They made two versions based on the serial number. When you said the circle d14 logo. See past post below.

I'll honestly have to look closer tomorrow. The grill I'm not sure on because its homemade...only bad looking thing on it really. If the price is right, it may come home as the wife to be has approved. I didnt know they didnt have different series with the D14's....like I said before I dont really know much on the D series. I'm also going to another auction and watching a WD....went and checked it out tonight....a nice patina to it, the fender mounted toolbox isnt even rotted out. Has one bad rim, one new BFG sure grip, and the other is rough....needs some help but I'll try and keep it from the scrappers too lol

You really need to drive the D14 to see if it jumps out of gear.  Usually 3rd is the worst if there is a problem.  Can be an expensive fix.

Think Matt has it right ---- condition is key --- $1500 to $3500. Be sure to check  the gears -- nice tractors  - like mine.
