I found a bag with original bronze/brass? off a B-125 P/U if needed, I think they are slightly stouter than new ones, have to check.

I wouldn't waste the money on powder coating a manifold, or anything else for that matter.  I have used and can endorse this  manifold paint . I bought a pint and have brush coated at least 4 manifolds and still have enough product to do several more. I used the cast iron grey , but other colors are available.

You want bronze, brass will not hold torque on the ones that get hot.

2 votes for bronze, most powdercoatings won't take that much heat for long.
If you feel the need for hi-tech go with a ceramic coating made for exhaust systems.
