I got my WC running real good now and am thinging of trying to find someone to paint it for me. What are people paying to have there tractors painted? I'm not looking for a perfect show quality paint job as I will use the tractor but I also dont want a spray bomb special.

I have painted quite a few things in the past including cars and trucks but I hate painting so much I won't ever do it again. All the things I have painted have come out great but I just finshed restoring my 1979 case 224 GT and have sworn an oath never to paint  again. LOL

Mid-Michigan about 1500 will get a decent paint . May not be quite show quality but very respectable job.

I was having an accident repair done at my local body shop, and asked him about painting our WD.  He said alot depends on how much body work he would have to do, but would not even give me a quote.  I asked if he was talking $1500, and he implied more.  He said the paint he uses would cost what the WHOLE job would cost from MAACO (a lesser quality shop we have several of around here).
