yes it will, youll need the govenor, water pump, front pulley off the WD45 eng.  You have to space  the water pump pulley out about 1/2 inch to line up with the crank pulley as the crank snout on the gleaner eng is longer.

Remove fuel pump and make a cover for it this is where the steering shaft goes through. The crank pulley you can do as the other guy said and space the water pump or you can bore the center of crank pulley and shove it on to line up with the water pump or just cut the end of the shaft off and slide the pulley on. If you do this you will have to drill a small indent to hold the set screw on pulley to crank shaft. The governor you can either pull the front cover off the 45 engine on put on gleaner engine this will require boring i think 2 holes bigger on the cover because of bigger bolts in gleaner engine or use the gleaner cover an put the throttle shaft in where the soft plug is this usually with have to have a bushing to make it tight in the hole. Steel line for oil need to be turned/tweeked a bit to clear the steering shaft or I replace with knew compression fittings and flexible oil resistant air brake line. The governor weights in the combine engine come to a point not ramped like tractor engines so I switch these out also. I think I covered it all.
