well i got into the brakes this weekend. everything looks pretty rusted! there was an odd amount of condensation. thinking there is a bad seal somewhere...  itook the spring out and sprayed WD-40 on all the moving parts... it still does not hardly move from the outside though.... do i need to disassemble the whole thing and sandblast everything? i probably will anyways but is this probably my problem? it moves but very hard! thanks!

Put some eng oil on the moving parts,  WD-40 doesnt provide any lubrication, its more of a solvent than lubricant.  Good luck
