questions.
1. How many ft lbs do I torque the 7/16 x 1" cap bolts that hold the front pump driveshaft to the front crank pulley?
2. Do I put a T in the belly sump where my 3 spool valve now returns it's oil into so my front pump can suck oil from the belly sump?
3. Can I use a flex hyd hose from front pump outlet going to the feed inlet on my 3 spool stack inlet?
4. When all hooked up do I have to prime hoses, like should I fill up the inlet hose from sump to front pump before I run it?

Oh and I am putting on new power steering and fan belts today as once that front pump driveshaft is on there's no belt changing without getting down to where I am now with no radiator.

You can use hoses all over. The pressure relief in the valve with protect the hose from pump to valve. Think about using 3/4 rather than 1/2" on the suction side. There is a chance of flow restrictions in the suction side causing the pump to cavitate. I think the pump will move enough air to fill it self with oil. At least the two pumps I've used have, but maybe I had reservoir in the loader post above them. It certainly won't hurt to prime the pump and its suction hose and its sure the pump will suck better with oil that starting dry.
Deere in my 7000 planter book says torque grade 2 7/16" bolts to 35 ft pounds, grade 5 to 55 ft pounds, and gr 8 to 80 ft pounds, no matter what the application. If the pulley is cast, I'd apply these with a bucket of salt (being more cautions than just a grain of salt) and it might be best to apply some loctite and torque them to grade 2 limit and depend on the loctite to anchor them. Use a weak loctite so you can take them off sometime. When I mounted a front pump coupling on my MF-135, I didn't torque the bolts and the threaded holes in then pulley were 1/4 or 5/16" and I made my own coupler flange so didn't have instructions. Working with the radiator in place, getting a torque wrench in place would have been a real pain. So far I've had no problem, probably put them in with a little 3/8" drive ratchet, maybe finishing with a box end. I did that about 14 years ago, and I don't remember exactly how tight I tightened them, but they haven't come loose.
