NOT!!! I guess it's not against the law to use "poetic license" in your description. http://cgi.ebay.com/Allis-Chalmers-WC-WD-WD45-Tractor-AC-implement-cylinder-/320674297765?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4aa9ad77a5 - http://cgi.ebay.com/Allis-Chalmers-WC-WD-WD45-Tractor-AC-implement-cylinder-/320674297765?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4aa9ad77a5

The ability of an artist to apply smaller distortions, such as a poet ignoring some of the minor requirements of grammar for poetic effect.
- Entirely at the artist's discretion
- Intended to be tolerated by the viewer http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Artistic_license#cite_note-2 -
- Useful for filling in gaps, whether they be factual, compositional, historical or other gaps http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Artistic_license#cite_note-3 -
- Used consciously or unconsciously, intentionally or unintentionally or in tandem
Or just make up what you want the reader to read.
