Needing a little help . On a allis B with a mag I have no ajustment for the throttle. one notch is wide open the next idling. It has  the spring and the weight on the governor and the throttle rods seams to be ajusted right . Figure I need to get inside and look at the Governor. Wanted to ask for ideas here first .

The gov is the place to look. The external governor spring tries to pull the carb in the wide open direction and the internal centrifugal weights try to take the carb back to idle. They work together to balance out but it sounds like your weights aren't doing there thing!  Bill
