Others have used that with no problems.Mine has had 80-90WT for 30 years. Some use hy-tran in hyd & trans on 45's with no problems. That's the direction I'm going.

I put hy-tran in both the hydraulics and the tranny, differential in my 45 because I had heard about gasket failures allowing the fluids to mix. I first did this about 29 years ago when I replaced 3rd gear.

I have 80W90 in the differential. and HYtrans in the Hyd and hand clutch. This works out nicely it don't get any creep with the hand clutch disengaged. The gear oil stops the trans gears enough that I can shift with just the hand clutch once I come to a complete stop.
