I have a running WD that I bought for the sheetmetal. I wasn't going to part it out but a ole boy wants the rearend to put in his pulling tractor. If I do it I'd have to part the rest of the tractor out as well. Anyone have any ideas what WD rearends are selling for?  Thanks for the Help.
Gus

Gus,

How are the rims and tires on this WD? Also the rear platform? Any lights?

I just sold the rear and trans from a WD45 for 425.00....the guy really wanted it and I found it worth that to take the time to tear one down....very incomplete tractor so I didnt feel bad stripping it....if you have a running tractor with decent tires sell it whole to someone who will give it a good home!

Would he like a WD-45D rear-end, ready to ship for his puller?

He might...   The Rims Look really good and hold air. But LOOKS aren't always what it seems. I found Bondo in one of the rims so I would hate to say they are really good. I will say, however, the tires have stayed up for the year that I have had the tractor. No Lights were on it. I have a Gent asking about  the engine now as well. Any Ideas RE: the Value of the engine these days?

If its truly a WD with a 201 and the engine runs good, no problems or blow by or smoke....probably 500.00 or so for the engine.

Just out of curiousity are you sure its a WD, and not a WD45? Just wondering because it would make a difference in the price.

If you do end up parting it out, what kind of shape is the grill shell, and seat shock?
