What are the going prices of a snap coupler disk? The neighbor has one that he used behind his D17 until he got a wheeled International disk.

He said I can use it whenever I want so of course I am gonna use it this spring, lol. It seems to be in good shape, was painted a few years back. I think it is a #20, what sizes did they make them in?

I figure I might end up with it later since he never uses it anymore.

I passed on one last summer for $800. I don't think we were too far apart though, i just didn't have the free cash at that moment.

I went and looked at the disk again after getting all the weeds and limbs off of it. I am pretty sure it is a #40 after taking a second look. I am going to use it this spring and grease it up good and place it on blocks when i bring it back. Was this disk made in only one size and how much are they worth in good condition, thanks.

I gave $400 for a #20 that was delivered by the seller. Needs one bearing though.

Hi I paid 2 or 250 for mine and rebuilt with all new cutters and painted it. I have lots of money tied up in it and would not sell it for less than 800.

Ok, thanks everyone, did they make the 40 model in many sizes? He use to pull this behind his D17 until he got a different disk(didn't want to have to remove his drawbar to hook it up).

This would go good with my small collection I already have started a snap coupler 2 row planter and snap coupler 3 bottom plow. I have other things, pond scoop, chisel plow, blade, 2 mowers, wagon, but there not AC. It was all my Grandpa's.

The #40 was only made in 6 and 7' sizes....looks like that one is a 7'.

boy, around here, if you can find either the 20 or 40, you better snap it up.  They'll go for around $500 or so if they are in decent shape.  I picked up a ten foot #20 several years ago for around $500.  Got a smaller #40 a few years ago for around $400 and felt lucky to get both of them.  Just not many around, and haven't seen any since the last one I bought.  Dave
