When I got my D14, the lift latches were installed with the bolt in the hole on the end of the lift arm.  They held, but wobbled all around.  I recently loosened the bolt, pushed them all the way on, and tightened the bolt against the arm.  Fits much better now, BUT now they hit the fenders when all the way up.   "Wud" I do wrong?

The latch hits, I already moved the bolts to the inside.  The spring rivets can be pounded in some, but still not enough clearance.  I will be checking to see if the fender brackets are on the wrong side of the fender.  The 14 uses the same latches as the  17, don't they?

Maybe the lift arms had been take off the rockshaft at one time and reinstalled one spline too high.
