How much are you trying to adjust it?   What I did was remove the snap coupler bell and then I made a hitch  that picked up the shaft that the bell pivoted on.   On the back, I just used some longer bolts and some spacers to get the drawbar up or down, and used the other pivot brackets for the drawbar support to adjust the other way.  I could have made a whole new drawbar support, but with our height and distance from rear axle center to hitch, it wasn't worth it.

Use a pin hitch front half drawbar. I had Phil  Brown from Farley  Ia.  Build Mine He's within 50 miles from you . He can build A very good one . He goes bt d17brown on here.

I just took a D series straight draw bar and cut it off short as legal. Put it in the standard yoke, and use washers to fine tune the height. It works great.
