HAS ANYONE REPAIRED THE REAR PIVOT HOLE THAT HAS BEEN  WADDLED OUT  ON THE FRONT  AXLE PIVOT OF A 185. IS IT A BIG TASK?
WOULD IT BE A GOOD IDEA TO PUT A BRASS BUSHING FOR THE PIVOT BOLT TO PIVOT ON.
WOULD ANYONE HAVE THE DIMENSIONS FOR THE CENTER OF THE HOLE IN THE PIVOT, OR IS IT JUST CENTERED UP AND DOWN THEN SIDE TO SIDE, THEN DRILLED?

I am in the process of putting one back together that I had to do the same thing to.
I ended up sending my axle over to a machine shop where they welded the hole shut and then re bored a new hole . looks  like new. Also replaced the front bushings and center pivot pin too.  make sure that your rear pivot pin is in good shape because it needs to be tight so that the axle can roll on it.

If you go the above route, I would also have the machine shop drill and tap a new grease fitting  where the axle rolls on the pivot pin.  If your existing rear pivot pin is shot, they are still available  for around $ 30.00
