It doesn't say what size tires, but it looks like around 11.7 mph.

Roger I had a WF with 14.9 x  24 tirers and a overdrive and it went about 15 mph, it would run away from a D10III with 14.9x24.  I rebuilt the overdrive and when I had it apart I found it was 25% over. HTH Mark
