I need some help please, i have an LP allis forklift the gas solenoid clicks i have gas going in and nothing comeing out. it was very cold when i last worked on it. It has coolant hose in and out and what apears to be a glow plug in the engine water jacket. i assume the coolant boiles the LPG. If the "glow plug" is not working would the gas valve not open when the gas can't boil on it's own? there is no current going to the "glow plug"

maybe someone could direct me to service info for this.
