Never owned or operated one, but they were a pioneer in diesel ag power. Our club hosted the national show a few years ago and we had 13 tractors, they said that was the largest gathering ever. One of the owners had an SD3 Orchard model, one of 3 known to exist, it was very nice. Sheppard has a tribute to the tractors on their web page, worthwhile reading.
