I posted this problem before and got a lot of good suggestions, so I felt I should explain how it worked out. I replaced the carb float and cleaned and rebuilt the carb. I put a screen up into the gas tank(my gas tank was very clean). After doing all of this the tractor still ran poor so I replaced the plugs and the coil. No change. I had replaced the load valve so for some reason I thought I would put the old one back in. I got either the wrong valve or a bad one. Whoa Baby runs like a top! What happened was I got water in the carb and it collapsed the float so the carb would flood. So I have a bunch of spare parts for next time. Sorry about the length. Thanks again for all the help. Mike
