neighbor has a 7060 with a bad engine, hole in block, does anyone know what it would take to put a 426 engine out of a combine in it?

It's not a single day job, if thats what you are asking. but it is fairly straight forward, just going to have a lot of work to do.

Front mounting will have to be changed unless you weld brackets to mount to frame. Rear may or may not have to be replaced.

Injection pump from combine may have electric shut off which can be changed or run wires for a switch. MACK
