Does the D12 , D14 and D15 have 3 point or can it be added I am looking for a small tractor to use in my large garden on a rear tine tiller and to put a blade on in the winter would like to find something with wide front D12 to D15

D14 never did, Its was optional on the D15 as is the D12. Saginaw county tractor makes a conversion for the Snap Coupler d14 and D15, or contact Tony's Tractors or OK Tractors, both vendors of his site

I'd look for a 15 for use with a tiller. A 14 should be OK too, but I think a 12 would have more that it could chew depending on the ground.
I have a snap coupler hitch with an adapter which allows you to use a 3 point hitch. I have never had any problems using the adapter. Other than my bottom plow and harrow everything I use has a 3 point hitch.

I thought you were looking for a D17 ?
The D15 has a stick on the right side but its called a power director

I have a D15 series II that I use a 6` tiller on. I got a Cross 3pt. adapter from Tony and it works great. The 15 could use a slower 1st gear but if you go over the ground twice it is just fine.

I use a 6 foot tiller too. In hard ground I have had to till an area twice. That is why would go with a D15. I think even a 5 foot tiller would bog down a D12, but I could be wrong. I like a D14 too, but I am partial to the D15.
A word of advice, don't ride with your foot on the base of the stick. It can cause the brass shifter collar to fail and cause the fork to crack too. Don't ask me how I know. I'll just say the sound might be like a two pound hammer hitting the inside of the bell housing, and it will cost serious moolah to repair. LOL... Ouch....

Hello Patrick!! If your main use is for gardening I would highly recommend an AC 5020, mine pulls a 60" tiller just fine, has 3 pt, 12 speed tranies, electric clutch for belly mower, my only problem is that asians built it with their tiny feet, problem getting my size 12 boots stuck around the pedels. lol

the later D-12 the D14 and the early D-15 all had the 149 engine. The D-15 was rated higher in HP due to higher RPM. The later D-15 had a 160 engine which produced more HP. Both the D-14 & D-15 have "The Big Stick" which would save the foot clutch when using a tiller. Bob

The factory 3 point on a D15 looks much the same as a D12 (kinda weak) - hard to find one that hasn't been welded up. A 3 point conversion works well, have one on my D14 and the power director would be great for using a tiller!
