I have wd45 with a 4" bore dome piston in it.  It is a 1956 model. Did 45's come with 4.125 bore?  I also have a LP block with letters GH on end of # stamped in block. This one also is only a 4" bore with a high comp. piston in it. So can someone answer my question. Did someone  put these in the motors or did they come that way.

A WD45 came with 4" bore stock, there were kits to make them 4-1/8".

The  LP45s came with WD pistons for the 7.2 comp. I put  them in my 45 years ago with the overbore. I believe they are the dis low compression pistons. I do not think any WD pistions were dished.
