ID badge is aluminum rectangle faintly readable is the Allis-Chalmers logo. Stamped into the badge are the following characters "D  840 4240"

This is a 3 Point roto-tiller with two gauge wheels and a 7' long by approx 5 1/2" diameter drum.  It has about 12 knives/inch.  It has a main gearbox with a pto square shaft coming out of the front of it (but no end on the shaft) and two clutches One on each side of the main gearbox leading to the drives that rotate the cylinder.

The blade dimensions for the individual knives are approx 2.44 in X 3.93 in.  The bolt holes in the blade are 1" down from the  top, aligned horizontally, and are 1.5" center to center.  The holes are 1/2" (.5275") in diameter.  The knives are 1/4" thick.  I assume they were originally L shaped and have been worn down so that the L  part is missing.  They have only a slight curve at the bottom.  Gear boxes are functional.  I  need to get some knives for this rig and would prefer not to have to manufacture them all myself.  I tried cleancutter.com out of california but no luck.  Any suggestions?  Also any idea if this thing would be 1000 or 540 rpm?  I would guess 540 but am not sure.
