Have a 'project tractor' D17 IV WF factory 3 pt 7000+ hours, 4 on a ten scale , sheet metal ok , paint poor, fenders not rusted out - clutches poor - brakes poor, runs ok - 16.9 28 wheels spin out been patched. Rubber 70% , hy pump good , Can send photos if serious
