Posted a link to the a couple weeks ago. I was the only bidder and I couldn't get the guy to take more than my bid of 50 cents. Did buy some other parts from him while I was there, though. Any idea who might have made this? I think it's too good to be an at home thing, jsut not sure who would have made it aftermarket. Will put it on this spring and see how I like it.

I don't know but case and ford used some that were similar, and I have one that was like it on a wd but it has been modified

I think the fords were called rest-o-ride and the case one was called easy ride

Should have mentioned that I knew Case and Oliver had a similar setup. I've bounced around on both of them. This one just looks too good to be a homemade something using a donor seat.

I have a friend with a M M jetstar 2 and the seat looks just like that. By the way I've used the tractor and I really like the seat.

Aaron, you have peaked my interest. I'll have to do some digging now. I have seen that style on Olivers too, as mentioned above. The Joy Rider was a different design with multiple springs in the base and a shock for dampening.

I think it's factrory on Olivers. This is either a modified Oliver or an aftermarket using the torsion rubber suspension. Ok, been looiking at the AGCO parts book for a 77 Oliver. This looks like mine. http://www.agcopartsbooks.com/EpsilonWeb/book.aspx?book=agco/s19m6000 - http://www.agcopartsbooks.com/EpsilonWeb/book.aspx?book=agco/s19m6000 Maybe this is a farm job, not sure. Still gonna mount it this spring and see how I like it.
