Has anyone bought the tISCO brand "complete" carb kit for the TSV464 ? and if so does it include the throttle shaft and packing? The sellers don't seem to know if it does or not. thanks.

IT IS NOT TSV IS TSX 464 COMPLETE KIT WILL HAVE THE SHAFT

Depends on the mfr whether their complete kit includes the throttle shaft. My kits do not include a throttle shaft, but gives you everything needed to do a total rebuild. In a lot of cases, a throttle shaft isn't needed. The bores wear before the shaft. Drilling the bore and pressing in a sleeve or bushing, then installing the new seals usually does the trick for another 20 years or more...
