AGCO first unveiled this tractor of the future in 2007. Per AGCO, "The powerful tractor is uniquely designed for the needs of modern agriculture. It measures nearly 25 ft. long, but only 9 ft. wide and it can safely travel between fields without restriction. With six drive wheels and two continuously variable transmissions, the TRISIX Vario can handle a wide range of applications on an equally wide range of field conditions. Plus, the three pairs of in-line wheels offer improved stability on slopes.

The combination of six wheels with independent suspension on three axles and infinitely variable speeds with the two CVT transmissions ensures never-before-experienced ride comfort and exceptional fuel efficiency. That same combination, along with the high performance braking system, also makes the TRISIX Vario the only tractor in excess of 300 hp capable of road speeds approaching 40 mph or more while transporting high payloads."

That thing would take some getting used to in the looks department. I would think the poor visibility to the implement would be a real negative, but I bet it rides nice. Too bad they beat it with an ugly stick first.

If it weren't for the last minute, I wouldn't get anything done!

Hmmm, kinda looks like an army worm wearing black sneakers.LOL! Capable of 40 MPH road speeds with heavy loads? Only 9' wide? No way i'm trying that, I don't care how many axles are under it. Let Hanze and Franze try it, if they survive, i'm still not doing it. LOL! You would need stones the size of cannonballs to do that, IMO.

I didn't do it! It was a short, fat, tall, skinny guy that looked like me!

In Europe they require the tractors to have air brakes with a connector to trailers and such.
