Where is the pan leak? At the rear? On my 262 build, I put a thin bead of sealer all the way around the pan, the rear sealing ring, and the rear cam plug. If you have coolant coming up a head bolt, I'd be wondering if the block had cracks around the hole. My 262 block had cracks around 10 of them. Did you have your block hot tanked and magna fluxed?
