Wally world and Farm and Fleet sell the universal hydraulic oil that meets the specs.

its 10w30 for tranny oil we run 15w40 in ours.   Dont use hydraulic oil its too light of a oil for the tranny.  Also if your changing your oil its a great time to was the hyd filter out.

Kip It is 20W oil and is called hytran because it is made to be used in hydraulics and transmissions. It has the 821 code that meets Allis Chalmers requirements. If it was too light I don't think John Deere would use it in their tractors either.
