Finally getting around to putting new rear tires on my D14, only got em a couple years ago. Any way, I was wondering if there is any wheel weights available for the rears on a D 14, as I want to put er together without fluid in the tires, and I know she'll be kind a light without any thing. I don't know if Allis or any aftermarket company made any, but I'm open to all options.  Thanks, Darrel

A lot of people used the CA weights on the D-14's and D-15's.

Thanks for info guys.   Eldon, the tires are the ones I got from you, kind a slow at getting them put on. Any one know where I can find a set of the Allis 4 X 65 pie weights? Sounds like just what I want.  Darrel

Darrel, here is a picture of the AM4485 pie weights (just so you know what to look for):

I have an extra set, but don't wish to sell them at this time.  You will normally see them priced in the $350-$400 range.  Best of luck with your search.

Steve, what's the story on F & H weights. Is F & H a  company that makes aftermarket ones, and what does the #161 and 162 stand for, are they part numbers? Where do you find F & H weights? Thanks, Darrel

This picture is from a previous post called... d14 options. I copied the picture from it.
These weights do work with other brands of tractors and are reasonably priced. 161's are the outer and 162 are the inner weight if you stack them. The # is stamped in the weight and you can use either of them as singles. They weigh roughly 150 each.

Highjacking this post for a weight install question.
My 'new' D-14 has 2" long radial(hairline) cracks from the holes where those pie weights would attach.Am I right thinking if the bolts got loose, that would do the damage?
I'm thinking about welding them up...winter project 23 or 24 .

Those  hair line cracks in the wheel centers come from the vibration of the allis 82 side mowers. My tractor never had wheel weights on it and i had those cracks too.  I was told this by a old time repairman.

Thanks for the info,  Steve. They look like they would work for me. I'd like the original AC pie weights for originality sake, but sometimes cost out weighs originality. (no pun intended!) Darrel

Darrel, F&H were original equipment for the WC tractors. Also, on a D-14 either of the F&H weights should work.

Darrel, I have a set of F & H weights, I'd have to look at the number.   Can't remember if they are 161 or 162.   They are in Wisconsin, but I am going to northern central Nebraska next weekend.  That's probably still a world away.   I'd like $75 for the set of them.  PM me if you're interested.

Speaking of wheel weights could you fit AC weights and F & H weights together? How much does an Allis rear wheel weight weigh and the F& H wieghts weigh?  I was looking at brianahart.net and it didn't provide that information.
