can any of you gurus out there tell me if a wd 45 nose cowl off of a gas 45 will fit on the 45 diesel.thx

I don't think so....my brother had to get the gas tank, hood and cowl off a gas when they converted one a while back.

I believe the only difference is the Hood.

Im thinking the difference is the size of the holes in the two wing pieces that bolt to the frame. The diesel cowl has large bolts holes. Thats the only difference I found between the two cowls. HTH

J W - The 45 and diesel Rad. Shells are the same. The shell for a WD, WD45 with shutters was different as it had hole for the shutter crank.
