Any ideas before i pull it to pieces AGAIN!! Have a WC WFE here that dumps its water in the pan VERY fast. Have taken it apart because of minor water leak into the pan because of a cracked sleeve, replaced no 2 and 3 sleeves with new seals, new head gasket and water pump, ran it up after doing the job and all was OK. Started it up today, NO water in the oil, ran it up to temperature and let it run for 20 mins, next thing creamy oil puking out of front and rear seals and the pan is full to the top of the dipstick. Radiatior had about 2 pints left on draining it. what could cause a water leak this fast>>???? any ideas appreciated.

You could try dropping the pan and pressurizing the radiator. Then you'd have some idea as to where the leak is. Could be the sleeve o-rings are getting cut on the install, or you have a crack in the lower webbing of the block. Putting all but 2 pts of water in the pan probably (in my mind) rules out anything head related.

Are there any 'freeze plugs' located in the head ( under the rocker arm shaft ) that could be rusted through ?

Happening that fast I would be looking at the head. It would have to be a catastrophic break in the block. A blown head gasket of a core plug in the head with looking under the rocker arms first at the core plugs. Although if the O rings were pinch cut when installing the sleeves they could leak a lot of water.

If it were mine I would look under the valve cover and then drop the pan and put water in and look for leaks before removing the head..

Just curious why the head would be looked at? In my mind the head is the highest point on the engine and the water pump is bolted just below that. If he is losing all but a few cups of water, hows it all getting out the head? Once the water pump loses prime, it's not going to suck a gallon of water out of the block so the head can put it in the oil...is it? Just trying to think this through.
