New to this forum thanks for the add. I have a HD5 that I'm trying to get the steering clutch out of. Went to start it up after sitting for a couple years, had no steering to the left. the brake band was snapped in half, and when I looked at the steering yoke it had been contacting the bolts on the back of the clutch and starting to wear into it. after getting all the bolts removed to pull the clutch it popped right free and came up about 2 1/2 inches and came to a hard stop. its super loose between the two flanges, but just cannot get it out. I wedged it all the way to the outside when looking down between the flange and the clutch it looks like the bolt has backed out and is hanging it up. I guess my question is, what's the best way to o deal with this? Sawzall off what I can see of the bolt then deal with it when I get it out? there isn't enough room for a torch and I really don't want to melt the seal out. next would that bolt backing off cause the yoke to run into the back of the steering clutch hub? any help would be very much appreciated!

Yup, that's what I would do, they make new bolts every day
