i put on a new pump and new allis chalmers power fluid 821 bleed the system and now it will only lift at half throttle with weight on 3 point hitch and moves slow. How can i fix this?

Did you clean out the filter right in front of the seat, or check the O ring on that plate? If that screen is plugged or the o ring leaks the hydraulics don't work, or work poorly
