8 degrees with a feel like of -15 and windy.

Snowed last night so I was going to bundle up and snow blow the driveway this morning. Decided to wait because even though the local weather app says it isn't snowing, it sure looks like it with the wind blowing the snow around.

W C Iowa, 11:30 am, 01/17/26. We're at 5*f, NW @29 mph, gusts 45+, feels like -27*.
I'm really glad the winds aren't as high as they were yesterday, but it was 30* this time yesterday. Even happier that I no longer have a herd of cows to take care of in winter.

Been snow off and on all day, little sun at times melted off what little snow received. Spitting again but low moisture energy to make it do much. Not ever crossed 24F all day.

Wind screaming thru at 20-25 , went to refill bird feeders and thought would get frostbite hands got cold so quick.

State law in GA says that if snow is mentioned in the forecast that it is mandatory to go out and buy a month’s supply of bread and milk 😜. Got maybe an inch at the farm just up the road from you, not even a flake above Athens.

Looks like we are in for another round of frozen precipitation again this weekend. Just hope it’s not freezing rain that the prognosticators say might be on the menu.
