Certificates of silver, gold, copper, etc.?
How about physical silver, gold, copper, etc?
If you would have purchased a year ago, would nearly double your money.

I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

I have been in the Stock Market for 40 years... Stocks and Gold both have their ups and downs.. Gold normally has been slightly better return  over a 40 year period, but has had  a couple times when it was stagnant for 10 years... a lot depends on WHEN you get in and WHEN you get out... I prefer Stocks as they tend to be more stable over many years... and your right, the price of gold has jumped WAY UP over the past year..

Will it stay high ?  Will it steady out ? Will it go BUST ?? ...... thats the big question.. Not sure now is the time to BUY as the price is VERY HIGH..

Like them all, but love the "B"s.

.

It's not normal fluctuations in gold and silver this time.

Every Central Bank around the world has been accumulating, preparing. Preparing for something.

Fiat printing has picked up for the USD which means increasing inflation.

Q1 2026 will reveal a lot for financial markets.

Otherwise keep an eye on Earth's wandering magnetic poles.

Either of those two avenues rip open, we'll be glad to have running tractors and seeds to plant come spring.

Other than pigeonholing a value the sale of precious metals is better now than been in years.  Saving some back bought at a earlier time when price was low or happened upon it cheap and just waiting can play out.

Way back in early 70's when the right to own gold was again legal - the big deal was for companies to sell certificates - You send money and they issued a certificate and said they would hold your purchased gold in their vault . You hold the paper and they would only charge a slight holding fee .
Thought about it - but was collecting coins then - then seems someone decided what I had in a safe belonged to them , end of collecting
Bought a Utility Tractor and a HD5G and a dump truck . Least they were a little harder for the average THIEF to carry away

Life lesson: If you’re being chased by a lion, you’re on a horse, to the left of you is a giraffe and on the right is a unicorn, what do you do? You stop drinking and get off the carousel.

For anybody holding ‘certificates’, I would suggest that redeem them for the physical equivalent.
