I just went with aftermarket the local body shops use. Nothing is available new from Ford, used is same as you already have.

Google search and toss a dart, all the same manufacturer just sold as different brand names.

Yep. just like all of the parts pimps that sell the same offshore tractor parts. You're gona get the same part, no matter how it's boxed as there are extremely few companies in this country that actually make anything.

TYC makes good quality headlight assembly replacements. They’re not the cheapest, they do fit well and meet or exceed OEM. Google TYC headlights.

TYC headlights are made in several locations, including Taiwan, Thailand, China, and the Netherlands. The company, TYC Brother Industrial Co., Ltd., is based in Taiwan, where it manufactures many of its automotive lighting products for both original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and the aftermarket.

joe, you can buy new HOUSINGS that will eliminate the FOG problem.. Aftermarket are available on line in several sites...... The FACTORY bulbs are 55 watt Halogen.. you can buy AFTERMARKET bulbs that are also 55 watts... but you can also buy 65 watt and even higher, if you look around..  watts are not everything... Some bulbs have a better design gas chamber.. some give a WHITE light and some a YELLOW light... you might look for a BRAND NAME like "Sylvania super bright ".

Someone told me recently,( and I have not yet checked on it), that at Wal Mart, you can buy some kind of stuff to spray on your head light lens that will take out the fog color -    I don't know but thought it might be worth checking out before replacing the entire head lights.

Only works on face of lens, has no effect of crazing or discoloration within the
Plastic acrylic or the inside of lens. My 1999 was so bad as received the new housings I installed the brilliance with even to lamps had in old ones was immense.

So,,Dave, what brand of housings did you buy for your trk,,cost? How was the "fit',,?  Did you also buy new bulbs for the housings??

Got mine off Parts Geek, reasonable pricing, came with lamps but tossed as had less than year old Ultra Blue Halogens in old ones, Like that Light as opposed to many others had in 25 years.

Really close fit, clips for the OEs had corrupted and had to buy new as the Tin Foil ones that came with were less than adequate.    CAR ID has a Similar line and know two that bought theirs there, also satisfied.

Well,,,after lots of reading and surfing ..I've just about decided to give the PIT66 housings from Walmart a  whirle for price and delivery.
Someone correct me as to the designation of the H11 and the 9000 bulbs,,,?
Are the H11 for the high beams and the 9000 for the low beams OR,,,??
It seems that the low beams are used more frequently but the H11 are mentioned more frequently,,,,??
Don't give up on me just yet,,,,,
By the way after many searches,,,I did not find any bulbs other than the 55 watt,,,,

H11 and 9005 are two of the most commonly used  https://sealight-led.com/category/headlight-bulbs" rel="nofollow - automotive headlight bulbs , but they are not the same. Standard 9005 halogen bulbs draw slightly higher wattage and produce brighter light than H11 bulbs. Because of this, 9005 bulbs are typically used for high beams, while H11 bulbs are more common in low beams and  https://sealight-led.com/category/fog-light-bulbs" rel="nofollow - fog lights . Many vehicles with dual-bulb headlight assemblies use this exact combination.

Now that you've decided to replace your headlights, after getting them installed pull up near a wall after dark and give them a preliminary adjustment so your not a 💩 and have them blinding others. Then go to a wide open space and get them properly adjusted.
There are times I'd like to have a mirror on the front of my vehicles to so the 💩 with these new blinding headlights just what to oncoming drivers see. What happed to courtesy on the highway? Many steering wheel holders today don't even know what a dimmer switch is for.

Clap AMEN....The newer headlights shine out too brightly for the safety of on coming traffic. They are great for checking cattle in the pasture.

  Well,,,The Plot Thickens,,,,,,
After much reading and trying to understand this problem,,,,Chit,,Im even more  perplexed,,,,
I checked out a couple of videos and they both stated the HIGH beams WERE lOCATED ON THE BOTTOM PART OF THE HEADLIGHTS and the LOW beams were on the upper part of the housings,,,,?
I lined the trk up to a wall at 25 feet distance and I notice the  indicator light on dash that signifies the HIGH BEAM is "on" but the low beam seems to be the one shining on the wall,,,,?? WTF,,,!! I leave HIGH BEAMS "on" ,, with the blue indicator icon at the dash telling me the HIGH beams are ON and I go look at the headlights and the TOP bulb is the only'ist  one shining,,,,??? (Both videos I had watched stated the high beams were in the LOWER part of the housing,,?)
The top bulb in both housings  sits behind a sort of a"Difuser"
Is it possible that the PO accidently or even on purpose changed the dang bulbs around
Anyone gots a2015 F150 XLT to verify???
