After having my starter and magneto rebuilt, the Allis b finally is starting much better but occasionally she doesn’t want to play. I have NGK BP2HS plugs that were fitted before I got her. Is there a better plug ? I have read of others that aren’t available in the uk

NGK have good plugs.  I use them in several of my tractors.  Before switching the plugs, I would be looking at the rest of the ignition system.
Also make sure there are no obstructions in your fuel system.
