Went around a mesquite tree, in the front yard, on the Wright Stander B, mowing today, don't know what made me look down at the fast emerging swarm, But I high-tailed away, didn't get stung.  Later on the way out to run some errands, I poured a cup or 2 of naphtha down the hole where they was emanatin from... I didn't drop the match, cause they didn't sting me...Wink

Haven’t run across any nests so far but they are around. I prefer to find them before they find me though.

Friend of ours accidently hit a Fire Ants mound in tall grass in TX, saw that swarm of Angry coming out, retrieved his PTO Sprayer and wiped out the visible ones with a Pest Spray mix he makes up,  stuck a wand in the bore hole and filled it up.

Have not seen any YJs here for awhile, not certain have any volume of them close by.
