Successfully had a ‘utility easement’ rescinded or nullified on property you own? We live in the city, long standing ‘easements into perpetuity’ leaves a current property owner over a barrel. We have been trying get Frontier Communications to relocate a recently ‘replaced’ utility pole that was supposed to be ‘removed’. Everybody who had been on location, and set their eyeballs on the situation agreed there was no reason for the old pole to be where it was. Lo and behold, we were out of town for a couple weeks, and what occurred while we were away? You guessed it, Frontier replaced the pole instead of removing it. Now they state they will charge us, the property owners $5,000.00 to remove the pole. I am about to the point of seeking legal counsel, and explore the possibility of all Frontier Communications utility poles removed from our property. ------------- I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science. |
