Hello, hopefully I'm I'm the right spot for this.  We have an allis 7060 that we use as a rake tractor, last fall mid 3rd cutting it lost the hydraulics and 3pt mid rakeing. The power shift and steering are both functional still.

Context: I pull an Allen rake (knock off darf). It uses a single hydraulic remote and then the oil is directed to the desired cylinder by an electric valve body mounted on the rake. 

After turning around at the end of a row and getting everything set I usually return the remote to neutral so the hydraulics don't buzz full time, this particular time I forgot to disengage it, so I turned around set the rake down, and made my pass, when I went to re engage the remote I noticed it was still in and went directly for the electric switch, nothing happened. I fiddled  around with it for a minute and concluded I wasn't going to take off and work, so I headed back to the shop and checked the hydraulic oil a d it was lower then I'd like to admit (almost 5 gallons) after filling it the hydraulics still didn't work,    which is when i discovered the 3pt also had stopped.

Needing to get the hay off the ground I finished raking without Hydraulics and the tractor got parked for a "winter" project. Well winter is gone and now it's time to actually fix it.  Any help or suggestions on what could cause this would be much appreciated, I'm about to change the hydraulics filters and go from there.
