Owned by Alfred Hadley of Jamestown, Kentucky
The unusual 4-piece back glass and full rear fender skirts tell me that this may be the high-level "Land Cruiser" trim package.

This car was #49 in the 1995 Interstate Battery Great American Race from Ottawa, Canada, to Mexico City, Mexico.
Interstate Battery created The Great American Race, a two-week, cross-country vintage car race with $250,000 in prize money in 1983.
At that time, all participating cars had to be street legal and at least 45-years-old; later races bumped the age requirement to at least 50-years-old; if they held that race today, the requirement would be 75-80-years-old.
Each year, the race had differing starting and ending points.
In 1990, the race started at the Buick Classic at Westchester Country Club in Rye, New York and finished at Disneyland.
The last Great American Race was held in 1996.
Interstate quit sponsoring the race and it has since been held in a watered down version called "The Great Race"
Like Burger Queen and the Jerry's Restaurant at Beaver Dam, it's another piece of America gone.
